2. Description of service
WorldCupStays 2026 is an accommodation platform connecting travellers attending the FIFA World Cup 2026 with verified property listings near all 16 host city venues. We facilitate enquiries between guests and hosts but are not a party to any rental agreement between them.
3. User accounts
To send enquiries and track bookings, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from the WorldCupStays team. Pricing shown on listings is indicative and subject to confirmation. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms vary by property and are confirmed at the time of booking. WorldCupStays offers a full refund guarantee if your specific match is postponed or cancelled by FIFA. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the official FIFA announcement. We reserve the right to apply cancellation fees as outlined at booking.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use WorldCupStays for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate any person or entity, to interfere with or disrupt the platform, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or to use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
7. Intellectual property
All content on WorldCupStays including text, graphics, logos, images and software is the property of WorldCupStays or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
WorldCupStays acts as an intermediary between guests and hosts. We are not responsible for the condition of properties, any loss or damage to personal property, any personal injury occurring at a property, or any disputes between guests and hosts. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of WorldCupStays following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
